Every session is custom and artwork-focused, so investment varies based on what you choose for your home. Most clients invest in wall art, albums, or a combination of both. I’ll walk you through options and pricing after we’ve talked about your goals and made sure the experience is the right fit. Sessions begin at $950, which includes a $500 credit toward printed artwork. Final investment depends on the artwork you choose.

Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients say this before their session. You don’t need to know how to pose or worry about what to do — that’s my job. I guide you through the entire session with simple direction, natural movement, and plenty of feedback so nothing feels stiff or forced. We move at a comfortable pace, take breaks when needed, and focus on creating images that feel like you, not a version of you trying to “perform” for the camera. The goal is for you to feel relaxed, confident, and taken care of — even if being photographed isn’t normally your thing.

This is less of a question and more of a cry of panic! Don't stress — that’s what I’m here for. I’ll help you choose outfits that photograph well and feel like you, and we’ll plan a few different looks so your gallery has variety and range. For studio sessions, you’re also welcome to use pieces from my style closet. Nothing has to be over thought — the goal is images that feel natural, timeless, and personal.

If the weather decides not to cooperate, we’ll pivot if we need to. Weather can be unpredictable, and I monitor the forecast closely leading up to your session. If conditions aren’t ideal for an outdoor shoot, I’ll reach out ahead of time so we can reschedule. I always keep a few built-in buffer dates on my calendar for weather or illness so nothing feels rushed or stressful.

Your ordering session usually happens about a week after your session, once your images have been lightly retouched and are ready to view. After you choose your favorites, I complete final retouching and order your artwork. From start to finish, most clients receive their final images in around two weeks, with product delivery following shortly after.

It means you don’t have to figure things out on your own. I guide you through planning, styling, the session itself, and choosing artwork afterward. You’ll never be left wondering what to do next — I handle the details so the experience feels easy and intentional.

Digital images are easy to forget. Printed artwork becomes part of your everyday life — something you see, touch, and pass down. My goal is to help you create images that deserve that kind of permanence.

If your main goal is a large set of digital images for online use, my approach may not be the right fit — and that’s okay. I work best with clients who want guidance and finished artwork they can live with every day.

Hair and makeup isn’t included, but it can be added for an additional $250. If you’d like to include it, I take care of booking and coordinating with a professional local artist. They do book out far in advance, so we’ll want to plan ahead.

Senior and equestrian sessions are best booked two to three months in advance, especially for spring, summer and fall. Studio sessions tend to have more flexibility, particularly in winter.
